1. Who we are
NonDev Apps is an educational website that helps non-developers build real apps with AI using practical lessons, prompts, guides, and resources.

2. What information we collect
When you use website forms, we may collect:
- —Email address
- —Name, if you provide it
- —Message content from contact or question forms
- —Course waitlist interest
- —Resource requested (such as the Free Prompt Pack)
- —Challenge signup — email, name, and access code for the 5-Day AI Website Launch Challenge
- —Challenge access status — whether a code has been used and when
- —Challenge progress — which days you mark complete (if you use that feature)
- —Basic technical information such as browser/user agent and referrer
We do not ask for passwords. We do not currently create user accounts. We do not currently process payments on this website.
3. Why we collect it

- —To manage newsletter and resource subscriptions
- —To respond to contact messages and questions
- —To manage course waitlist interest
- —To understand what questions readers ask so we can create better content
- —To improve future Latest Lessons, resources, and course material
- —To protect the website from spam and abuse
4. Email communication
If you sign up for a resource or join a waitlist, you may receive related emails — for example, the resource you requested or updates about the course.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link in the footer. Clicking it will immediately remove you from future emails. You can also unsubscribe by emailing support@voxcor.app.
If you unsubscribe and later sign up again through a resource or waitlist form, that new signup is treated as fresh consent and you will be reactivated.
5. Where data is stored
We use the following services to operate this website. Each processes data as part of normal website operation:
- —Supabase: Stores form submissions and subscriber/resource request records.
- —Resend: Sends transactional and resource delivery emails.
- —Netlify: Hosts the website.
- —GoDaddy: Manages the domain and DNS.
Each provider has their own privacy policy and data handling practices.
7. Data retention
We keep form submissions and subscriber records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required by law or needed for security or recordkeeping. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
8. Your choices and rights
You can contact us to:

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
9. Children
This site is not aimed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Security
Form data is stored in Supabase with database access restricted to authorised connections. Row Level Security is configured so that public users can submit forms but cannot read stored submissions. No system is perfect, but reasonable steps are taken to protect the data we hold.
11. International users
Visitors may access the site from different countries. Our service providers may process data in locations outside your country of residence. By using the site you acknowledge this.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this page as the website, resources, course, email, or payment systems evolve. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
